I have a 9ft longboard that i'm pretty comfy on, but not doing anything advanced, just surfing down the line. I also have a 7'6 that i'm starting to use more but not too comfy on it yet. i like the 7'6 length, but not married to it, could size down if you think that appropriate.
Goals: i can hang with brett in the lineup lol. i can go out in 4-5ft swell, feel comfy, paddle strong, pop up right to my feet (sometimes i go to my knees first), surf down the line comfy.
